nSTRIDE® Therapy

For painful knee joint arthrosis.

nSTRIDE® is a treatment for the knee joint that aims to relieve pain and restore balance to the inflamed joint. High concentrations of the body's own "good" proteins, obtained from the patient's own blood, are introduced into the joint.

These "good" proteins can block the effect of the "bad" proteins that are responsible for inflammation in the joint. Other "good" proteins also contribute to the health of the cartilage. Even a single treatment with nSTRIDE® can relieve pain in the knee, improve joint function and possibly slow down cartilage degradation.

Important notes on treatment

Temporary symptoms:
You may experience pain or stiffness in the knee for a few days after the injection.

Take it easy:
In the first two weeks after treatment, physical exertion should be avoided as far as possible.

No cure - but relief:
Osteoarthritis itself is not cured. nSTRIDE® can, however, help to alleviate symptoms and improve your quality of life.

How the treatment works

Blood collection:
A small amount of blood is taken from the arm vein.

Processing:
The blood is processed directly in the practice. This produces a concentrated solution of white blood cells, platelets and proteins that promote healing.

Injection:
The solution obtained is injected specifically into the affected knee joint.

Effect:
The proteins inhibit pro-inflammatory substances in the joint and support the natural regeneration of the cartilage.

Your advantages at a glance

Gentle & minimally invasive: just a single injection, no surgical intervention.

Natural & the body's own: The therapy uses your own healing powers.

Anti-inflammatory: Reduces pain and inflammation in the joint.

Slows down the progression of the disease: Can slow down cartilage degradation.

Rapid recovery: Usually short downtime after treatment.
