New orthopaedist at the private clinic Belair in Schaffhausen.
Since October 2020, Dr. med. Matthias Schmied, has been working in his practice Ortho4Life in the private clinic Belair. He is a specialist in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system and specialises in hip and knee surgery and sports traumatology.
After studying medicine at the University of Zurich, Dr. med. Schmied trained at renowned clinics in Switzerland and Europe. Already during this time he focused on knee and hip surgery.
In January 2016, Dr. med. Schmied started his Ortho4Life practice in the Bethanien Private Clinic. This activity is now being expanded with a second location in the Belair Private Clinic, where he has also been running a practice since October 2020.
