To prepare the product, a small amount of the patient's own blood is first drawn. The blood is then processed in the laboratory to separate out cells, larger particles, and other blood components.
Important: Exosomes are not stem cells.

How does exosome therapy work?
Exosomes are tiny messenger particles released by cells that play a role in intercellular communication. Among other things, they transport proteins, lipids, and genetic information, and can thereby influence biological processes in other cells.
In exosome therapy, a purified exosome preparation is injected directly into the affected joint or tissue. The goal is to influence cellular signaling processes and harness potential regenerative or anti-inflammatory effects.
However, it is important to note that exosomes do not contain live stem cells. Clinical evidence for the treatment of osteoarthritis, tendon problems, and sports injuries is currently limited; the therapy is not considered an established standard of care in these areas.
